The Helicopter Company Signs MoU with The Clock Towers for Helicopter Pad Utilization
Makkah, 10 November 2025 – The Helicopter Company, a PIF Company and the Kingdom’s premier commercial helicopter operator, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Clock Towers – King Abdulaziz Endowment for the Two Holy Mosques.
The signing took place under the supervision of the Royal Commission for the City of Makkah and the Holy Sites, and on the sidelines of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition.
The MoU aims to explore areas of collaboration between the two parties related to the utilization of The Clock Towers helipad, while identifying opportunities to develop and integrate air transportation–related services. This initiative supports the advancement of vertical air mobility operations in one of the most vital locations in the Holy Capital.
The signing of the MoU reflects The Helicopter Company’s commitment to fostering strategic partnerships that contribute to the development of the Kingdom’s air transport ecosystem, in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives to enhance the efficiency of aviation infrastructure.
