The Helicopter Company Showcases Innovation and Excellence at Sand and Fun 2024
Riyadh, 19 November 2024 - The Helicopter Company (THC), a fully owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) and the Kingdom's premier commercial helicopter operator, recently participated at the Saudi General Aviation Airshow’s Sand and Fun Show 2024, which took place from November 19 to November 23, 2024, at Thumamah Airport in Riyadh. Recognized as one of the most prominent general aviation events in the Middle East, the 2024 edition showcased air shows, aircraft displays, interactive exhibits.
During the event, THC demonstrated some of its diverse services, including tourism and private charter operations, by offering booth visitors an educational helicopter trip highlighting Saudi Arabia's dynamic and evolving helicopter sector.
THC also showcased its wide-ranging fleet, including one of its most notable helicopters, the Airbus H125 - a versatile, high-performance aircraft renowned for its reliability and advanced safety features.
As the Kingdom’s leading commercial helicopter operator, THC plays a vital role in developing Saudi Arabia's aviation sector by offering a wide range of services, including Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), aerial work, and private and corporate charters.
