The Helicopter Company and Saudia Technic Sign Five-Year Maintenance Agreement
Riyadh, 3 May 2024 – The Helicopter Company (THC), a fully owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund and the Kingdom's leading commercial helicopter operator, has announced a comprehensive five-year maintenance agreement with Saudia Technic during the Dubai MRO Middle East 2024 Conference.
This landmark partnership, signed by Captain Arnaud Martinez, CEO of THC, and Fahd Cynndy, CEO of Saudia Technic, represents a strategic collaboration to perform maintenance checks on THC’s expanding helicopter fleet at Saudia Technic’s advanced facilities. These checks are essential for extending the lifespan and enhancing the performance of the helicopters.
The partnership strengthens THC’s operational infrastructure as it continues to grow its fleet and deliver exceptional air mobility services across the Kingdom. It underscores the company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational safety and reliability while supporting the long-term airworthiness of its fleet.
With this five-year deal, both companies are set to establish a new benchmark for maintenance excellence in the region, reinforcing their shared dedication to safety, innovation, and high-quality service delivery within the aviation industry.
