The Helicopter Company and KAFD DMC Sign MoU to Enable Helicopter Services in Riyadh
Riyadh, 4 February 2026 – The Helicopter Company (THC), a PIF company and the Kingdom’s premier commercial helicopter operator, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Company (KAFD DMC) to activate helipads and enable helicopter services within King Abdullah Financial District.
This collaboration marks a key milestone in advancing urban air mobility in Riyadh, as THC continues to play a central role in testing and validating the readiness of infrastructure required to support future-focused air mobility and modern transportation solutions.
The MoU reflects the shared commitment of THC and KAFD DMC to innovation, integration, and the development of a safe, efficient, and forward-looking mobility ecosystem, in alignment with the objectives of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
